We offer a free delivery service in all the regions for orders above of $100 on the first order

We prepare your products from Monday to Friday. An order placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. The delivery fee is $4 all over Lebanon and subject to change as per the fluctuation market rate of the fuel. 

Deliveries are done between 8am and 6pm.

The customer can select a delivery time in coordination with our delivery services. 

  • The delivery in Beirut and its suburbs is processed within 3 to 5 working days (not including weekends).
  • The delivery outside Beirut is processed within 5 to 7 working days (not including Weekends)

During sale period or promotion, these delays can be extended but we can guarantee a full mobilization of our team for your delivery.

For a delivery to a store, the orders usually arrive the next day.

Our shipping and delivery services are currently only available inside Lebanon. If you need a delivery outside Lebanon, please contact us directly. We will treat your personal request

You can return and exchange an online purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. You can do it free of charge in all our stores. You can also use our delivery service to return your purchase. Unless the return is due to an error from our side, the return / exchange delivery fees will be $8 ($4 for the pick up items + $4 for delivering the exchanged items) and subject to change as per the fluctuation market rate of the fuel. 

In case of an exchange through our delivery service, please contact our customer service team by email at contact@maison123-lb.com or by telephone at +961 78 948 208 and we will organize the pick up of the item to be returned and send you the requested one.

You can exchange any unworn non-sale item purchased on the site within 30 days of the date of purchase in all our Maison 123 stores in Lebanon. Items must be accompanied by the invoice and the original label. 

Exchange of items purchased on sale or during a promotion can be done with other sale items or new collections within 7 days. The items on sale will be returned discounted at the discount rate of the day within 7 days of purchase.

  • Starting 20% sale, exchanges will be only allowed within 7 days with the sale collection or new collection
  • Products purchased can be exchanged to a Credit Voucher that is valid for one year. Starting 50% sale, no credit voucher can be issued.
  • Items from the Outlet can be exchanged with Outlet items only and exclusively in the online store and aren't subject to credit vouchers

The item must be in perfect sellable condition (new, unused, unaltered...) with its original tags. The item returned should be complete, with no missing accessory that originally came with the item (eg: belt, hoodie, broche, lining, …)
Warning: Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a credit request, the latter is made upon receipt of the package within 5 - 7 working days. A credit voucher will be issued and valid one year from the date of issuance, in all our stores. Past that deadline, the voucher will be void, and the client will lose the store credit.

Please note that we have a strict no refund cash policy.

Jewellery, Accessories & Swimwear cannot be exchanged.Modified
