Our system only allows one payment to be taken per order, so you are unlikely to have been charged twice for the same order.

You can return and exchange an online purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. You can do it free of charge in all our stores. You can also use our delivery service to return your purchase. The return delivery fees will be borne by you, unless the return is due to an error from our side. These return delivery fees will vary following the area of residence and will be starting 5.000 LBP for Beirut.

Gift Cards can be purchased online. They will be delivered in an elegant sleeve.
Gifts cards are valid for one year, after the date of issuance. Past that deadline, the gift card will be void, and the client will lose the store credit. You can purchase a gift card here
For our alteration service, please visit our stores within 30 days of your purchase. Our team members will be delighted to assist you.
Our alterations are free of charge for non discounted items of the current season. Starting 50% Discount, a fee will be determined according to the alteration.
