Online Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison 123, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. In accordance with Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005, our online return and exchange policy is as follows:

General Exchange Conditions

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within the applicable exchange period stated below.

Items must be returned in perfect, sellable condition: new, unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

The item must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned with all accessories originally included, such as belts, hoods, brooches or linings.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled items will not be accepted for a change-of-mind return or exchange.

Full-Price Items

Full-price items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligible items may be exchanged for another product or for a credit voucher during the allowed exchange period.

Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be exchanged for other sale items, subject to the following conditions:

• Sale items may be exchanged within seven days of the purchase date.
• When the discount is below 30%, exchanges between different collections are permitted.
• Sale items will be valued according to the discount applicable on the day of the exchange.
• Starting from a 50% discount, exchanges are permitted only within the sale collection.
• Starting from a 50% discount, alteration fees will be charged to the customer.
• Starting from a 60% discount, credit vouchers cannot be issued.
• Outlet items purchased at a discount greater than 60%, as well as items purchased from our Online Outlet, may only be exchanged for items from the same collection. Credit vouchers cannot be issued.

Exchanges in Our Stores

Eligible online purchases may be exchanged free of charge at any Maison 123 store in Lebanon.

The original invoice must be presented, and all applicable exchange conditions must be met.

Exchange Through Our Delivery Service

To arrange an exchange through our delivery service, please contact our Customer Service team:

We will arrange the collection of the returned item and the delivery of the replacement.

Unless the exchange is due to an error on our part, a delivery fee of $10 will apply: $5 for collecting the returned item and $5 for delivering the replacement.

Delivery fees are subject to change according to fuel market rates.

Credit Vouchers

Eligible full-price or sale items below 30% may be exchanged for a credit voucher only within the applicable exchange period.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the credit voucher will be issued within three to five working days.

Credit vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance and may be used at any of the company’s stores. Once expired, the voucher will become void, and any remaining credit will be forfeited.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged or is different from the item ordered, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.

All claims are subject to inspection to confirm that the issue was not caused by misuse, accidental damage, alteration or intentional tampering.

Once the claim is approved, Maison 123 will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional delivery cost. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be processed through the original payment method, in accordance with applicable Lebanese consumer-protection regulations.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery, accessories and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

This exclusion does not apply when a verified manufacturing defect or non-conformity is present.

No-Cash-Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. Eligible returns will be issued as a credit voucher.

This policy does not affect customers’ statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds due to shipping and customs costs.

This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
